Return Policies

The policies outlined below apply to orders placed on Ink to the People. We strive to ensure that all orders are filled accurately and on time with the highest quality product. As provided above in our money-back guarantee, merchandise can be returned for a full refund if; (a) the design of the final product is materially different from the final design approved and submitted by the customer; (b) the item itself is materially flawed, or (c) the quality of the decorating is below a reasonable range of expectations.

We will only accept returns for items that have not been worn, altered or washed. All tags must still be attached in the manner in which the product was originally shipped.

We reserve the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements. Shipping and handling charges on returned merchandise are non-refundable unless we have made a shipping error.
